Five climate-controlled buildings including the 5,000 sq ft Glass Barn and 3,400 sq ft Cocktail Lounge keep your guests comfortable regardless of Florida’s famously unpredictable weather.
Our team handles all setup and cleanup before and after your event. Tables, chairs, linens, and standard decor are staged and broken down so you don’t have to lift a finger.
On-site parking accommodates all of your guests with ease. Valet service is available with select packages for a more elevated arrival and departure experience.
Every event package includes coordination support to ensure your day runs on schedule. Our team is on-site from arrival through departure to manage vendors, timing, and any unexpected moments.
Every corner of the property is available for your photos — from the lakeside oak to the greenhouse structure to the glass barn interior. The property itself is a backdrop your guests will be sharing for years.

Crossing Palms operates with an open vendor policy, meaning you’re welcome to bring in any licensed vendor you trust. We also have a network of 28+ preferred vendors who know the property and work seamlessly within our spaces.
These packages are built for any non-wedding private celebration — birthdays, quinceañeras, anniversaries, graduation parties, holiday galas, retirement celebrations, charity fundraisers, family reunions, and more.
The Pearl package is designed for events up to 100 guests. The Onyx package can accommodate up to 350 guests. We can also host smaller, more intimate events — contact us if you’re planning something with fewer than 50 attendees.
